This review is to the members: if you shower and you know you shed hair, pick that Shyt up and take it with you. I can't imagine being nasty and leaving all my shed hair in the drain... who raised you? An entire head of hair left in the drain... mind you - these are adults! Clean up after yourselves... although the world is not normal and very weird, you do not have to be. Despicable! The workers shouldn't have to clean up behind you.. yuk”

“I used to go here a lot when I lived in Plymouth, and it was a solid 4/5 gym. I can't pin point the wrong, it just never felt like a 5. But now, they've redid the interiors and it just feels like a 5. It feels more 'open', more fresh, among other things I can't pin point (again). Was never a bad experience, but just feels much better now.”

“My number one priority was that I could take my kids with me; that they would be taken care of and strangers couldn’t access them or take them off site. The staff that take care of my kids are excellent, friendly and my kids always have fun. And they never take them out of the room, the staff will personally come find you if you are needed. The equipment is very great and well taken care of by members, staff and cleaners. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to, they also are on top of everything that goes on at the gym. They also have classes that you can attend every day, tanning beds, massage beds and personal trainers. Bathrooms are always available and CLEAN! Honestly, excellent place. 10/10, you couldn’t convince me otherwise.”

“The personnel are friendly. The services are appreciated. The atmosphere is calming and the place is neat. The people are openly kind. I like that there are multiple places to enjoy the activities such as indoor and outdoor swimming areas for the kids and an upper and lower area to exercise as well as the exercise classes with DMC physical therapist onboard. When I checked in they knew exactly who I was so it’s very secure which made me feel great about not having my items stolen or locker or car broken into as I feel security risks at other fitness locations.”
