“Above & Beyond expectations! Customer service could be their middle name. I arranged delivery of a pod - and got a text when there were near. The unit was dropped off exactly as I asked. The process was easy.
I ended up being one of those customers whose plans kept changing. And not once was I made to feel i was being a bother. That is rare! Once we were close to knowing when we wanted the unit picked up and moved to a new location all I needed was give them a call and it was arrange. And then when we decided over the weekend we wanted to switch the move from Monday to Tuesday that was no problem. And then when we wanted the final pick up day changed, that also was no problem.”
“Kaleb was great! He couldn't do anything about all the misinformation I got from 2 people I talked to on the phone,but he got me squared away with my rental. When people call about a 20× 20 unit, they should be told that it is really two 10×20units side by side with a wall separating them. Sure would've saved me a bunch of stress. Thank you.”

Scouted around and RSS had the best maintained sites with more than adequate security. 24 hour keypad access was simple and reliable every time we were at the site. Storage lot was always free of debris. Well marked and enough space to move in and out with ease. Fair pricing. Easy to setup a contract. Payments handled electronically. Staff was always friendly and very willing to help when needed. Hope to be back in the spring.”
“It was a very difficult experience I reserved my unit online and I went to pay for my unit and there was no one at the property. I spoke with several staff for the company I went thru this for 3 weeks. But when I did get into the property the staff was really helpful and pleasant and were great”

“First of all there were people present in the lobby to help, which is a huge preference for me. Many other locations are empty and it's confusing. The older gentleman was very friendly and chatted with me quite a bit. Very refreshing. Very progressional. I will absolutely return to this specific location due to such a positive experience from front to back.”
“The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!”
“This is a nice storage facility with very decent pricing. I recently combined 2 smaller units into one big one and the owner was very nice & helpful with the whole process. They very recently added a gate to which you need a code in order to enter….makes me feel a lot better about accessing my unit after dark, knowing only customers of the business can get in.”
