Devon Self Storage
4111 Plainfield Avenue Northeast, Grand Rapids MI 49525
“Where do I start??? So this was my first time renting out a storage unit! I needed it for my motorcycle! When I tell you the manager, Samantha was so patient and very sweet, that is an understatement! Samantha took her time showing me the available units and going over the info I needed to know!!! As other clients came in, she was very professional and began to multi-task. It was a Saturday and at the time she was by herself and didn't seem stressed out! I appreciate her so much for making my first experience with Devon Self Storage , the best! Thanks again Samantha!!! Lyrx”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Grand Rapids
500 and 532 Cesar E. Chavez Ave SW, Grand Rapids MI 49503
“I recently rented a truck and trailer to transport a car. Reservation and pickup were smooth. No issues with using the equipment either but had to return it using the app and had an issue and then was charged an extra day. Seemed to be a simple mistake but I was still dreading trying to get it sorted bc customer service is hard to come by these days and people never seemed to be empowered to fix any problems even if it’s a common sense thing. In this case I was happy to be wrong. I went in the next day and chatted with them to explain the situation. Jeremiah was the gentleman that helped me and he was awesome. He was understanding and reasonable and jumped right on it and fixed the mistake. He gave the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Mistakes happen but they took care of the problem promptly and professionally without BS or a runaround you often seem to get even with simple things. Honestly you can’t ask for much more than that so overall still an excellent experience. Will be using them again and don’t feel the need to look elsewhere after knowing they’ll actually take care of you through the whole experience. Again hats off to Jeremiah for the strong work.”

“Highly recommend this shop. I came in with a DPF issue on my truck and they were able to take me in as a walk-in and get me back on the road the very same day within just a few hours. The entire staff was professional, respectful, honest, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and everything was organized and fair. It’s hard to find shops that move this quickly while still providing quality service. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely come back again if needed.”
