“For the brief time I took my dog here, this was by far the best experience at a veterinary office I've had for multiple different pets. I had to establish with a new vet after moving from the east side of the state, at a time when my dog's health/dementia was gradually worsening over the course of a few months. I saw three veterinarians, who were all caring, empathic, knowledgable, and thorough. I eventually had to put my baby down, and they had dim lighting, a sign in the lobby that said to please be quiet as a difficult moment was happening, and allowed me to take all the time I needed. The box with her ashes was gorgeous, and wrapped beautifully, with a thoughtful card and message. Prices were extremely reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire practice.”
“Rogue Valley, Dr. Scudder and her team, saved our 11 y.o. dog’s life and we can’t thank them enough. After our original vet found a giant tumor in her abdomen and refused to help, we took her in for a second opinion at Rogue Valley. They proceeded with X-rays and bloodwork, and came up with a game plan to remove the tumor on her spleen. She was cleared for surgery and they successfully removed an 8.5 lb tumor. Sophie (our dog) is almost 2 weeks out of surgery and recovering well. Her tumor came back benign, and we’re so happy we came here instead of listening to her original veterinarian. “We love GRVC! We have been with GRVC for about 12yrs now as they have been caring for our two cats. They have always been compassionate and supportive, especially when we have had serious issues happening. At my last visit we weren’t sure what was going on, they answered all of my questions, listened patiently and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.
We appreciate that they don’t try to sell us on meds/services our pets don’t need. It helps to hear them give advice on what they would do if the pet was their own. We also love the app that is available to communicate with the office. It makes getting questions answered quick and easy.
The docs & staff at GRVC have been absolutely amazing and we are so thankful we have them to help care for our pets.”

“My cat was hit by a car breaking his hip and femur. I went to other vets and they said it would be 4,500 to fix him or euthanize him. Luckily I called around and got ahold of Sparta Animal clinic they reached out to Dr. Rinzler who gave me better options and recommended amputation of one leg. They performed surgery on him and gave us the proper medication and treatment. 8 months later and S’more’s is doing amazing. Thank you so much!”

“We've had pets our entire lives, and we are older than dirt. We brought our dachshund, and now will be bringing our two kittens, to Bridges. When we first moved to Grand Rapids our dachshund developed an issue that required surgery. They did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. They put her on a special diet, and our dog has done perfectly well since then. The vets at Bridges are warm, good doctors, and just terrific people. The staff are very nice and funny. I couldn't be happier. We love Bridges!”
“We boarded our two cats here for nine days. They were at the cat cottages, and I requested the jungle room, which was the largest of the rooms. They were well taken care of by the staff, who came in to feed, and have a little playtime with them daily.
They sent me updates with pictures every day, so I could see them and know any concerns, if there were any.
I would happily board them there again!”

“My cats, Wasabi and Miso, have been coming here since 2023 and have had the best care. We ❤️ Dr. Costin. I can tell all of the staff in the office really care about them, and truly want the best for their wellbeing. Wasabi had a dental cleaning and some teeth pulled last week. Leading up to the procedure and after, I received regular communication from staff checking in on her recovery and they answered every pre-procedure question I had with so much knowledge and kindness. Being the anxious person I am, I definitely called twice prior too lol. Wasabi had a little bit of a hard time afterwards, and I was able to call and get her in for a same day appointment after her procedure with her regular veterinarian. We got everything sorted and she is doing SO MUCH BETTER already. I have my happy, sassy cat back and it's been so great to see. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate this office and the staff for everything they've done for my cats, to put it simply I will never go anywhere else for their care. Highly recommend - they deserve all of the kudos!”
