“We were there visiting Michigan. We were heading back to Chicago when I had a terrible flat on my tire somehow the sidewalk got slashed found MW tire shop met Aaron. What great service bought a tire there replaced my tire they took off the spare tire from the vehicle Installed the new tire with the rim and then they found that the stem on the spare tire was bad they went about and told me that the stem was bad that I should replace it and I said yes thank God they told me that otherwise my spare tire would’ve been leaking if I ever had another flat great great service highly recommend this place and we will forget you guys that day when I was there it was a bad blizzard. You guys are the best.”

“Have had 5 Star service in years past. First place I'd go to for transmission work in SW Michigan. Disappointment was that they will not service (change filter/trans fluid) my 2018 Ford F-150 10 speed transmission due to difficulty of performing job. Bummed! Recommending I contact dealer.”

“I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.”

“Very thorough and job well done on the front end repair work for my 2017 Honda Civic. Looks just like new again. Had to wait a bit longer than expected, but they made sure everything was just right before getting her back to me. Will definitely recommend and go back to in the future shall I need them.

“I was driving home from a work trip in horrible rainy weather. My cars low oil light and check engine light came on while i was on my drive home. We called Midas in Benton Harbor and they were able to get my car in right away to make sure everything was good to go. Luckily the only issue was the rain was messing with my sensors. The workers were very friendly - I'd suggest if you are having car issues or just a quick oil change to go to Midas in Benton Harbor :)”
“Fast, respectful staff. Free car wash included. It is more expensive though. Usually oil changes are $60. They are above that. They do show you the dip stick with oil, check tires, wiper cleaner. Very easy.”
“I had a flat tire on the highway right outside Benton Harbor during rush hour—a really stressful spot to be stuck. Arndt's Auto Towing was fantastic. They were the closest truck and showed up incredibly fast, which made a huge difference for my safety. The driver was efficient, got my car loaded onto the flatbed quickly, and dropped it off at my mechanic without any hassle. It’s great to have such a reliable, responsive local team right here in town. If you need a quick tow in the Benton Harbor/St. Joe area, these are the guys to call.”
“Had a flat tire on my truck. Checked in at 2130 and the lady in front gave me an estimated wait time of 40mins. Was in bay in less than 20. Asked them to replace the tire with the used spare i had and they did it without any tantrums or sales pitch. Was out in 30mins. Way better service than any Loves/ TAs i encountered.”
“Don't let the slightly rough exterior of this shop deter you. This is an excellent, honest mechanic. He and his team work fast and charge fair prices. I was stranded, on the highway, a complete stranger, 3 hours from home, and managed to limp to this shop. The owner and his team, bent over backwards, even staying after closing, to diagnose the problem, hunt down and get the necessary part, and get me back on the road and home safely. I'm so thankful and so impressed! Wish I was local. They would be my new mechanics!”
