“When the initial repairs were unsatisfactory, Leroy's did not hesitate to re-schedule an appointment and continue repairs until I was happy, which included a third trip for a final adjustment. For this, I am grateful. While the process did end up taking from October 2021 to March 2022, I am happy with the quality of final product and professionalism from the staff.However, I have to take off a star for the initial October appointment (booked through Progressive) somehow not being in their system, as well as the exhausting amount of time spent waiting for the appointment to fix the original repair, which had failed. “Service that went above and beyond.Brendan and his staff have taken good care of my cars for many years and recently went above and beyond to get my problem resolved.I had to visit other shops for a popping sound in the passenger front area but they couldn't find the problem initially (Brendan is so busy that sometimes you can't get an appointment for many days). After mild worsening of the problem, I went back to that shop and they quoted a total service price of over 750.00 to replace a 530.00 part on the driver front side (btw, I found that authentic brand part online for less than half the price quoted). Because of the sides discrepancy and price, I decided to wait for my appointment at Autobahn where Brendan didn't think the quoted part needed replacement but he couldn't find/reproduce the popping noise. He called me to see if I could reproduce the noise on a short car ride and we did so he offered to lift the car back up for a second inspection. A couple of hours later I got a call from Autobahn that they did not find a specific problem, however, he thought a couple of things were not as tight as needed and he tightened them up free of charge! I also got an oil change and was on my way.Now one week later, the popping noise has not been heard again... great job!Many thanks to Brendan and his staff for your time, knowledge , and honest work ethic....most of all, thanks for continuing to take care of a long-time client.”

“I had an issue with my car having a leaky fuel line. I took it to Matt's auto to have them fix it. They called me several hours later to inform me that it can be fixed but was a waste of money because the underside of my car was so rusty and that I should scrap my car. I just want to say thanks for taking the time to look at my car and not just fixing the issue and taking my money and not telling me about the other issues that made the car unsafe. Great place to take your car where they won't take advantage of you!”
