“Elex took the time to show me how to pack a wheel bearing and answered all my first timer questions. As a first time, that was really awesome for him to take the time to show me. He didn’t have to, but he did. That’s great customer service! This is why I keep coming back here.”
“I went in for a blown head light and tail light and Ken the assistant manager was so helpful!! I also had another issue and he told me how to fix it and it worked perfectly! Hard to find good customer service these days but he was great!! Way to go O’Reilly’s”

“I went to Batteries Plus with low expectations after getting sand in my charging port while at the beach, but the second I stepped into the store everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The service was very successful and it only took around 5 minutes! Thank you!”
