“I recently stayed at the Best Western in Benton Harbor, MI, and I was honestly surprised—in the best way possible. Based on the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting much, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations.

The room was great: very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a priority here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, always willing to assist and clearly focused on making guests feel welcome.

I also really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, which were both very clean and well kept—something that’s not always the case at hotels, so it definitely stood out. It’s obvious that management pays attention to customer feedback and genuinely cares about the guest experience.

Breakfast was simple but perfect for getting your day started, with enough variety to grab something quick before heading out.

Overall, this was an excellent stay, especially for the price. Clean rooms, helpful staff, well-maintained amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere made this Best Western a place I would absolutely stay at again and confidently recommend to others.”

“It's No-Longer the Day's Inn, it's the Quality Inn, anyway the front desk clerk was very helpful, friendly, and did her job with a Smile. Plenty of places to eat at within walking distance, super Walmart across the street, the bed are clean, plush & comfortable, small pillows though, but clean bathroom and towels.I can see myself staying here again the next time I'm traveling this way in the future”

People are always so quick to leave negative reviews, but the team at Comfort Suites in Benton Harbor truly deserves all the praise. My boyfriend and I stayed here while waiting to close on our new home, and after trying out several different hotels during this transition process, we can confidently say this place is in a league of its own.
From the moment we walked in, we knew we made the right choice. We gladly paid the upgrade fee to stay here, and it was worth every single penny.

The Friendliest Staff Anywhere: This is by far the biggest standout. Everyone had a smile on their face and greeted us with genuine kindness. It is a tightly run ship, and the hospitality is unmatched in the area.
Lightning-Fast Check-In: After a long process of moving and waiting on a house, a quick and seamless check-in was exactly what we needed.
Spotless Accommodations: The cleanliness of the entire room was top-notch.
Fantastic Amenities: The breakfast was wonderful—fresh, hot, and actually tasty. Plus, the pool area and the nice hot tub were the perfect way to unwind.

“Close to highway. Past experience was not good but they must have new management because they have updated the rooms and the place was clean. This is an old building but now that they are updating it I would highly recommend for a cheap room without all the frills”
