Plus they truly generally seem to care about their customers and show a lot of empathy and understanding for just how life can go wrong and they understand that they have the unique opportunity, considering our phones these days hold so much control of our lives and when Aunt says his loss as humans can seem like they are just grasping at anything to try to make things right lol they didn’t see me as another dollar bill and they made that clear through their actions.
