Sherry was incredibly helpful and resourceful!The 20+ minutes of waiting was more due to the customer preceding me being a bit difficult for Sherry. He was indecisive about what device(s) he wanted and which plan to sign up for.I want to further emphasize how amazingly well Sherry worked with the customer. She remained professional and patient throughout the time she spent with him. (He was right next to me, so I could hear the whole transaction.) Sherry is a stellar asset to AT&T!”

She was extremely knowledgeable about the current deals available and how to arrange our product and service orders to get the best value. She took extra time to check availability of devices at other nearby stores and presented several options for payment and financing. This is a busy corporate location so be sure to make an appointment online before you go or you are likely to have a long wait. By far our preferred location to deal with.”
