“I had an excellent experience with the AT&T staff, and I especially want to recognize my sales representative, John. He was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. John did a fantastic job explaining my options and answering all of my questions. He was also able to recommend additional products and services that were a great fit for my needs without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. His approach was genuinely helpful and customer-focused. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service, and I truly appreciate the time and effort John took to make sure I had a great experience. I look forward to working with him again in the future. AT&T should be proud to have someone like John on their team!”

“I had an excellent experience today! My Verizon Wireless representative, Daniel, made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was his exceptional customer service. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I left with everything set up correctly. It’s rare to receive service that is both efficient and personable, and he exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making what could have been a complicated process so smooth. “The representative who use to be a manager but now works in business department is phenomenal. I previously worked with an unprofessional business manager name India at the Southfield location. She made the experience horrible and wasted my valued time. But Kevin ended up reaching back out to me , he handled everything quickly and professional. I’m very appreciative of his help and dedication to provide splendid customer service. He didn’t require recognition, but I want to say thank you and job well done. My business services are now established because of Kevin’s hard work.i will send him more potential customers as well .”
