I frequently mail packages . Staff is friendly , haven't had any negative experiences .

I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time the staff is incredibly rude and difficult for no reason. Go to Royal oak or Birmingham. I wouldn’t trust a soul at this location with any of my mail.

Always late on deliveries, cram our mail into the box, and neglect to take outgoing mail. Pretty standard.
