We took a package from this location and wanted to send it to Nashville TN 15 days ago but we lost tracking number, any advice please ?

We sent a package to Texas from this location and ran into difficulties that required tracking assistance. The staff here was very helpful despite the fact we had lost the tracking receipt. They looked it up and had a positive attitude through the whole process. Very glad we used this location.
