“Been going to this business since 1997. Whenever I have heavy repairs done, I have it done here. For two reasons, one it's done right the first time, and two if it isn't they'll fix it no charge. In all these years I've taken one repair back. They aren't the cheapest, but in my experience they are the rightest and that is worth my money.”

Zach will explain what needs to be done, when it makes sense to spend a little extra, and even when it makes sense to spend less, including when one of my vehicles wasn’t worth fixing. “My car broke down and left me stranded 3 hours away from home. The man in this shop was EXTREMELY kind and did everything he could to make sure I made it home the same day. He even gave me a large discount. 10/10 cannot recommend them enough!!”
“This place is amazing!!! The owner Mike is a great guy. Yesterday I called right when they opened, I needed a new water pump for my truck and asked if it could get done same day he said it should be no problem. I drop it off and was going to take an Uber home he offered and gave me a ride instead which in my opinion is already above and beyond great customer service. Then he calls me with the quote and tells me I should get a new thermostat as well he didn’t want to put one with 80,000 miles on a new water pump, I gave the go ahead. A few hours later he calls me to let me know it’s done. I get up there and he proceeds to tell me the pump he quoted me for didn’t fit (Dodge used two different kinds on my truck) so he had to go to the dealership to get that and a belt that had broke when his tech was fixing it. Basically it cost him 400.00 more than he was expecting but still only charged me for the quoted price!! I am beyond thankful and told him he has a customer for life, I will never go anywhere else!! If I could give ten stars I would.”

“Great honest place as a woman they didn’t try to take advantage of me or sell me on anything I didn’t need both gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with and super kind and they topped off all my fluids made sure my tires had air and even gave me $10 off my service for the oil change. Thank you, as a young woman who is terrified of going to anywhere to get regular maintenance or work done on my vehicle because of how predatory most shops are towards us its also grown harder for me to have my dad do it when he lives an hour away and I can’t make it there in time so now I no longer have to fear and neglect my car because of it your in good hands here!”

When I called to see if they’d even patch the tire the man on the phone said to me “we work around you not the other way around. Just bring it on in we’ll see you when you get here.” When we got there they fixed my tire and my toddlers mood lol
We left with a patched tire for cheap and my little dude got a candy bar and a big smile! I WILL be back!”

“This is the second time I have used Tom's Family Auto Care. The first time, roughly a year ago, they solved my problem over the phone, saving me $$$. I usually work on my own cars, but certain things need to be done by those smarter than myself. So, when a perpetual AC issue plagued my daughter's car, I decided to let Tom's solve the dilemma. And when all was said and done, my anticipated $600+ problem, was a mere $92 - The AC was "over charged". Yep, feel like dummy, but now smarter, and with a bunch of $hundreds still in the bank.”

“Never knew this place even existed until my friend helped me call around for a rim…. Anyways Needed a rim and they were the only ones that had one for my car. The tire that was on it wasn’t good so they took the tire off my busted rim and put it on all for a fair price. The two men at the counter were friendly and we shared a few laughs which was nice cause people just are usually rude these days. Thanks guys for helping me out!!! I appreciate it!!!”
