“The most important things from a repair shop are honesty, skillset, and price. Conway has worked on my mustang, my jeeps, my edge, my fusion, and everything in between. From tearing out my dash in my 21 JEEP to replace the AC Evap core to replacing the 4.10 gears in my Mustang they have done so with honesty and skill. Recently I took my Edge back in to have it evaluated as I am giving it to my son for his first car, it was pulling hard to the right. There are shops out there that would have tried to sell parts that weren't required for this repair. They found a bubble in the tire, inspected the entire braking system, said the car just needs higher quality tires and you're good to go. I swapped some Continentals on there and called it a day.”

“The owner Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. A lot of consumers don’t know their way around under the hood and need a shop they can trust with their vehicles. This is definitely a shop you can trust. Fair prices, quality work and honesty are key in my opinion. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.”

“friendly and welcoming right from the start to the end. I went in to see about an appointment and they told me if I left it they would look at that day. not only did they look at it they were able to fix it and return it before the end of the day. it was reasonably priced and no hidden fees. no upselling. told me to bring it back if there are any more of the same problems at no cost.”

“Vehicle: 1999 Lincoln Town Car I had a spark plug eject itself out of the cylinder head and needed it repaired. The shop I usually go to was booked into July, so I had to find a new shop. Any car guy can tell you anxiety inducing this can be. I settled on Dan's based on their review history and proximity to home. They were very polite, professional, and in my instance, they completed the job same-day when they originally said they might not get to it due to other customers vehicles. They found the time and did what they could to get my vehicle back to me. Car runs great, repair was as I expected and is the quality I was looking for. Cost was more than I expected, $400 vs $260 from my normal shop for the same operation (not the first time I lost a spark plug), but their work and professionalism has earned my trust, and that's more valuable than gold.”

I will bring every one of my cars there and pay double just because he helped me out in the time of meat really appreciate this guy stand up gentleman very professional and will be doing all of my business with all four cars here at this facility.”

“We had our oil changed here a couple months ago and liked the service. He said we needed our radiator flushed but we didn’t have the money at the time. Came back today for that service. It was excellent. Old vehicle that never had the radiator flushed so they added the cleaner twice. Excellent service and good personalities. Never going anywhere else.”

“Great honest place as a woman they didn’t try to take advantage of me or sell me on anything I didn’t need both gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with and super kind and they topped off all my fluids made sure my tires had air and even gave me $10 off my service for the oil change. Thank you, as a young woman who is terrified of going to anywhere to get regular maintenance or work done on my vehicle because of how predatory most shops are towards us its also grown harder for me to have my dad do it when he lives an hour away and I can’t make it there in time so now I no longer have to fear and neglect my car because of it your in good hands here!”

WE ARE SHOCKED, WE BOTH COULDN'T BELIEVE IT THE MOST HONEST AND REPULATABLE REPAIR SHOP, We allways go to CONVENT AUTO CARE, WHY BECAUSE WE ABSOLUTELY TRUST JEFF AND ALL THE MEN THAT WORK THERE, ALL WE CAN SAY IS TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK TO THEM, EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY I SWEAR, Jesse and Brenda Raver”

“Someone hit me July 4th while at the fireworks with my grandsons. I noticed the dent next day. I texted dent removal, and was told that they weren't in my area but he'd reach out to someone. Mike got a hold of me. His company van broke down on the way. But his boss had a replacement within 15 minutes and he came to my house. This company is spot on. I used another guy before but Mike's level of skill made the other company look like amateurs. These guys are the ones who dealerships call to remove dents without having to paint. Mike did fantastic work and was quick. And very reasonable in price. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MIKE AND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I'm retired military. I received a discount. Definitely a Class A company.”

“Ryan at Southgate Honda was amazing! My 82 year old mother needed a new car to replace the one that was totaled in an accident. She was very attached to that car because my dad had surprised her with it 14 years ago. My dad passed last year and that car was one of the few tangible things she had to remember him. Buying a new car seemed overwhelming, as that make and model had been discontinued, and she had never car-shopped in her life. My sister and I convinced her to look at Southgate Honda. I called the dealership and luckily for us Ryan answered. I explained the touchy situation and he was completely accommodating and respectful. He listened, asked pertinent questions, and set up an appointment the following week. My mom and my sister spent time looking at a few models, and ultimately decided on a red Civic sport sedan. My mom is now in her Honda Era and is so happy to be driving again! Thank you Ryan for making this process seamless and simple.”

“I’ve been an automotive technician for 30 years, so I know good work when I see it. Even with my experience in the industry, Southgate Auto Center is a shop I trust. They are professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to do the job right. It says a lot when another technician feels comfortable trusting a shop with their vehicle. I would recommend Southgate Auto Center to anyone looking for honest, dependable automotive service.”

“This place is the hidden gem I’ve been looking for. My only regret is that I didn’t discover this place even sooner. Also I was led to this place by the Holy Spirt. It was confirmed when I had to privilege to meet Kevin. He’s very transparent, honest and kind. The rates are reasonable and the quality of service is great. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Kevin when you go there. You’ll see for yourself.”

I stopped by the gas station next-door to fill gas and realized my car needed an oil change so I stopped by as soon as I pulled in the owner had a big smile on his face and was very friendly. “Straub's Auto was great to work with. I had a vehicle with a broken trunk hinge. I had spent some time trying to fabricate a repair, but had run out of time and needed a professional fix. Kyle offered to take a look, and in a timely manner was able to complete the repair at minimal cost. He was professional, kept his timing commitments, and provided an honest, affordable repair. If you’re looking for a reliable repair shop, Straub's Auto comes highly recommended. I will not hesitate to return for my next repair.”
