Their customer service is top notch, you get treated with respect and aren't looked at with the same sales pressure you get from a mainstream dealership. My husband and I appreciate that personalized transaction and local feel from this family owned and operated business. This dealership is a mechanic shop/detailer as well so, they have so much experience and only procure the most reliable vehicle types with the best histories for their lot. I felt comfortable with my purchase and just as excited as if I drove a brand new car off the lot. It checked all of the boxes we needed for our growing family. “This is my go to oil change place! When I worked from home and then worked part time it was so easy to go in the middle of the day. Now I struggle to find the time to get there during their hours, since I work full time. But I will still continue to go out of my way to frequent this place. The guys are friendly and don’t mind me chatting while I wait. They stay focused and do a great job and always make sure to ask if I want full synthetic, which I do. When my heat shield was loose and making a bunch of noise they didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing it was a simple fix. Even removed it for me and didn’t charge me extra. I do miss the guy that was always there when I came in the middle of the day, but unfortunately I’m terrible with names and don’t remember his. But all of the employees there have been wonderful. It’s quick and easy even if they have both bays full, you’ll usually get in quick. If it is going to be a while they usually come out to let you know. I rarely ever leave my car. It’s tucked behind the gas station and car wash. Definitely a great place for a quick oil change and cheaper than other places I called around to.Service: Oil change”
