“I've had my car worked on at Advanced Import Repair twice now and they have done excellent work. The pricing isn't any higher or lower than other places in the area, but they're an honest business and have great communication. The shop itself is also very clean. This coming from someone who is paranoid about dropping their car off anywhere because of damage that's been done to it in the past by mechanics. I highly suggest giving AIR a call if you're having automotive trouble. They always got me in within a couple days.”

“I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome’s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!”

The phone was answered on the first ring, the gentleman who answered checked their stock with me on the phone, and when I arrived, the bay was open and the team was ready to assist me. These guys with hard and efficiently. The older gentleman who mounted my tire even checked the other three. I was in and out in less than 25 min. The price was fair, and I have ZERO REGRETS about stopping here.”

He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. “I came in on Friday at 4:50 with a low tire after traveling from the Detroit area with my school's robotics team. The owner came out to help fill our tire and then found the reason, a sheet metal screw right! He quickly removed and plugged the tire and filled it back up. After he was done I asked him how much and he said he likes keeping people on the road. We threw him some cash for dinner and drinks but you could tell he was 100% genuine with helping. We need more people like the owner of Assured!”

“I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept.
