What great service bought a tire there replaced my tire they took off the spare tire from the vehicle Installed the new tire with the rim and then they found that the stem on the spare tire was bad they went about and told me that the stem was bad that I should replace it and I said yes thank God they told me that otherwise my spare tire would’ve been leaking if I ever had another flat great great service highly recommend this place and we will forget you guys that day when I was there it was a bad blizzard. “A part of my tonneau cover fell off my truck on my travels up here making it inoperative. I called this shop and they said come on by so the could take a look at it. When I got there they had the right part, installed, fixed and back on the road 5 minutes later. Bed of my truck is back water tight and just in time , it rained all night. “I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. “I went to Advance Auto Parts in Benton Harbor needing a battery. I was greeted by Jake with professionalism, having a great attitude/customer service.
Jake went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. He ordered a battery for me because it was a no-stock at his location. Unfortunately, the battery that was shipped from South Bend was a used battery with low voltage readings that Jake had discovered. Jake told me he could have another battery within a few hours and will make sure the quality control was in place to ensure my battery was serviceable and ready to go. WOW!!!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This store location is on the other side of town for me but I will go the extra distance knowing that Jake will be there to give OUSTANDING service.

“When I walked through the door the guy said "How can I help you?" I told him I had a broken tail light. Before I could even tell him I was looking for red tape to cover it up, they said "We can't sell you any of that red tape" because apparently it's illegal in Michigan to sell it because it doesn't get you out of the ticket. ARE THEY MIND-READERS?”

Liz Stevens was fantastic with scheduling. We dropped the car off on a Sunday and it was ready in about a week. The repair was to the driver’s side door panel after someone backed into our car in a school parking lot.
When we picked the car up, we were genuinely impressed, you’d never know it had been in an accident. The panel gaps are perfect, the seams are straight, and the paint is an perfect match, which is especially impressive for a 10-year-old car. They even washed the car and gave the interior a quick detail.
If I ever need bodywork again, Gerber will absolutely be my first call.”

“December 18th 2024. I was visiting the area from Iowa. And my battery would no longer start my car. My husband ordered the battery. New wiper blades and washer fluid online from Iowa. I got a jump, went into the store and told them why I was there. It was very quick, very easy. And the most important part is the wonderful staff that helped me Install the battery and the wiper blades and the washer fluid. And they never lost patience with me despite the fact that I could not find the hood release. It's good to know that There is still good customer service in the auto industry. “Went today 4 times to AutoZone in Berrien Springs, MI for oil and oil filters since I did 3 different oil changes. Every time the staff was very courteous and helpful. Tonight (June 26, 2025), I needed to go one more time to buy some part for my Pontiac G6. The young lady (whose name I have forgotten) was so very kind, helpful, and polite. I was astonished about such customer care. She deserves a promotion. I have hardly seen such customer care by people who own their business let alone at AutoZone.
