“Truly exceptional - Hometown service with a an amazing selection and helpful staff. We were having issues with a water heater, and the owner, himself, took the time to describe the cause of the problem and give me options for solving it, helping me to avoid expensive mistakes! This is just one of countless positive experiences here. We are so blessed to have this business in Berrien Springs! Highly recommended!”

“Great local hardware store, helpful staff, and big selection of fasteners to tackle most fix it jobs. Jam packed with gardening supplies, electrical, plumbing, paints, etc. Even kids toys and camping stuff. Ask and they probably have what you need to finish up your project”

“Decent if you only need one or two quick things and you don't want to go to a big box store. Unfortunately, the pricing seems to be much higher on certain items that I have compared. The staff is very helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The store has had a newer remodel and has made the flow much better. I will say the Ace rewards program is pretty much useless. So many constraints and so short timelines that anymore. For me it's not worth it. So know when they ask if I have a rewards number. I'll just be skipping that. It definitely will keep buying there even though some of the stuff is much higher than I want to pay because them being in our community is a vital commodity.”

“Nice little hardware store. Guy working there was very kind and chatty. Note: If Google tells you that this place has disc golf discs, it is lying :) They do not have them and never have.”

“It's very important asset to the community. More than you could hope for in a small town. Hardware/garden center. You'll be surprised what you find inside. The prices are very fair as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Truly a hidden gem that is vital to the community.”

“Stopped in to grab a new temperature guage(12:1 infrared laser thermometer) its ruggedly built. I walked some of the aisles and found some other items I needed. Asked one of the employees where something was while they were helping another customer. Very knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction to the exact spot. I would stop here for any tools or needed accessories.”

“I stopped in here at my plumber's recommendation with no idea of what kitchen faucet I wanted. The sales person was super friendly and helpful, taking a lot of time to show me a variety of faucets and their features. When I found the one I wanted she was able to have it shipped directly to my home. Much better experience than looking for a faucet at a box store.”

“Angela in the appliances department is mind-blowing wonderful! We received a new range that just didn’t look the way we thought it would, and she helped us arrange a return and also price matched the replacement over the phone at 9pm. She was kind, courteous, diligent and truly just above and beyond staying until 10:20pm to help us when she absolutely could have just said not tonight folks. Thank you Angela!”
