“The Flagstar Bank Birmingham Branch is a great place to have your business account! The staff always greets and asks me how they can help me, when I bank in person. Their branch manager, Kristin, has always taken the time to make suggestions about banking for my business. She even reached out during Covid Epidemic to let me know about the loans available for my business and explained the loans so I could make an informative decision about if I needed to apply. “I love Credit Union One for so many reasons. My local branch is staffed with the most knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and most important, they're so willing to work with you on every request. you bring to them. I have seen a couple of negative reviews for Credit Union One, but those negative statements are coming from people that have been refused credit or loans.When I started with Credit Union One, my credit was horrible. However, I was so fortunate to be able to sit down and discuss my situation with one of the managers. She helped me to get into a "secured" credit card. I made sure to charge small amounts every month and then pay the entire balance off each month.We also set up an automatic deposit for a savings account. Within 6 months, my credit score had jumped over 100 points, my bills were getting paid on time, and PAID OFF!!And for the first time in years, I actually had a nice little savings account. What started out as a "little savings account" has turned into 3 different types of high interest savings accounts.I have never experienced a banking facility such as Credit Union One. It's like a hometown bank. I feel like I'm meeting with friends when I need to go into the local branch. I have referred several people to Credit Union One and they are now members.I have never had one bad experience with Credit Union One. I definitely recommend Credit Union One of Michigan!!”

“I've been a member of Vibe Credit Union for a long time. Back when they were called Telcom. I like the Southfield branch especially because it's within walking distance of home. It has a neighborhood feel unlike some of the big banks. Members are always acknowledged upon entry.”

“I am writing in regards to certified Credit Union financial counselor and personal advisor team leader, Makayla WoodsAlthough I live in Ypsilanti last week Tuesday April 9th I was in Rochester and stopped into the Community Choice Credit Union on East Long Lake Road in Troy Michigan had a large settlement check to deposit. I had had many funerals and an emotional past week I was just coming from a burial and I had a couple of overdrafts due to being busy with funerals and such not getting to the bank on time. I then felt I needed to speak with someone promptly so I let the teller know promptly Makayla was a joy to work with charismatic empathetic knowledgeable steadfast the epitome of customer service! She also called me within 2 Days in regard to my deposit and for things that I needed to know in regard to this deposit she went and above and beyond in her service techniques I am very grateful to her friendly kindness! Even though I live in Ypsilanti and the Northville office is closer for me I will now be traveling to Rochester where my friend lives down the road conveniently from childhood and I will see her for all my financial services here out!
