“Great credit union, the online banking structure could greatly be improved and some of the companies they work with are garbage but Elga is good. As a warning never buy anything they offer from truestage. It will literally be a waste of money, and you will need to hire lawyers if a time comes up that you need to use the insurance for say ripping your spinal cord as an example. Even tho you’ve made all the payments and filed your claim and jumped through hoops with your messed up spine you will not be covered after over a year and wondering how it is even legal for a company to do so. But hey Elga is a decent place to bank otherwise.”

“I’ve been with Genisys for years and it’s almost always smooth sailing. I just recently had an issue with a mobile deposit check being rejected. However, after speaking with a representative I was transferred to the branch manager who went well beyond what was required to help solve this issue. The issue was resolved and I’ve never been as sure about my choice in a credit union. Thank you to everyone that helped with this.”
“I have been part of far more CU's and banks than I'd ever care for; But FCU has been the one that has been by far the easiest and most consistent to work with. The ones writing bad reviews complaining about fees and whatnot, indirectly claim that they didn't read the terms and/or don't understand them. That's not on the CU. IS FCU perfect? No. No business is. However, they will listen and work with you if you aren't arrogant and angry at them for you not doing the bare minimum yourself first.”

“Great Experience at Huntington Bank Frankenmuth MI! I met with Liz at this branch who was very friendly and professional when I was purchasing a vehicle at a local dealership, she assisted with securing funds for the transaction as well as retain a lein release for my current vehicle, she called me a couple times as a follow up to let me know where she was at in the process as well as staying in touch with the sales person at the dealership. I am not from the area and really appreciated great service.”
