“When it comes to getting your car washed when you go on the track, they need to update that area because most Jack’s car washes. They don’t need to input your number on that receipt. They go based on the car.
Also, the beginning part needs to show the different wash cycles for each car so you know which one you’re getting”

Herb did an outstanding job. The vehicle looks fantastic inside and out, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I picked it up. Beyond the quality of the work, Herb was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations.
One thing I especially appreciated was that I needed a ride home after dropping off the vehicle, and Herb was kind enough to personally give me a ride. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find.
The Bloomfield Hills location is very convenient for my family, which makes the experience even better. Based on this experience, I plan on bringing my wife's SUV in later this summer and will absolutely be using Herb and Metro Detroit Auto Detailing again in the future.

“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. “The owner is by far my fav person to ever work on my car hes taught me so much about how to keep my car running check fluids ... hes very affordable probably one of the most honest oil change guys ever plus hes nice funny and affordable... $26 out the door with oil change tax and what no hidden agenda my car has over a quarter of a million miles lol and I wouldn't care if it was brand new or 30 yrs old he came highly recommended from the car dealer ...Update 1 year later still trueand I trust him to inspect my car and not try to sell me things I don't need the owner is one of the most honest people around and I'm honestly shocked more people don't line up from open to close...I'm making my 3rd road trip to Florida in my car this week and my cars honestly the best car with almost 300k miles he's deff worth the drive and money well spent”
