I just visited the Birmingham location on Woodward and had an excellent experience. The best of the three Jax's I've used to date.

Will not return… did a lazy job vacuuming my car. When I asked them to vacuum up the visible crumbs still left was given an attitude. Skipped my entire third row as well.

Since this wonderful car wash changed to Jax, the pricing increased significantly and the pressure upselling when you pull through is intolerable. Hate it.
