Horrible service, avoid at all costs for business/M&A loans. They dragged us along for months and backed out at the last minute without any legitimate reason.

Bank of Ann Arbor bought out my Credit Union and then sold my mortgage loan to free up some of it's capital to some random loan company out of state. They then messed up all the information surrounding my mortgage so my monthly payments increased by $500 and my escrow increased by 350%. Do not bank with Bank of Ann Arbor.

Unfriendly staff! They all dress sloppily, even management. Tellers barely look or talk to you. Place reeks of unprofessionalism.
