“My husband and I were short on our escrow and I wanted to pay it at the bank. I started out calling the Berkley branch. The customer service was terrible. The person at the Berkley branch would not take my calls after putting me into a vicious cycle with the automated system twice, this after assuring me, I would get a physical person. Frustrated, I called the Birmingham bank. After a very brief hold, I was told , Yes come in, we will help you. The difference in customer service was night and day. From The minute I walked in I was greeted by EVERYONE. Gidget helped me get my escrow shortage off, even waiting for my daughter to get back to us with information I didn't have. I felt like they put out a red carpet for me and its been a long time since Ive had customer service this good. Thank you Gidget and everyone the Birmingham office for your kindness, consideration and thoughtfulness. I will only use your branch in the future.”
“I stopped here at the ATM, and it's pretty nice that they have the tap option. Not like some other Huntington ATM that they don't have that option. It's on a very busy crossroads, but I didn't have a hard time getting out. But probably during the busy hours it will be hard to get out.”
