I inquired about a bracelet that I wanted to get cleaned and possibly appraised for insurance purposes. I brought back the bracelet the same day and it was cleaned for free (looks amazing). “We brought my grandmother's rings in to be fixed and resized, they did an outstand job, the quality is top notch, they really took the time and cared enough to make sure the ring came out looking exactly the way it did when my grandmother wore it.
