“Stephen was so helpful i went in to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected for my 6 month cleaning service as I was waiting i walked around the store and came across a pretty birthstone ring with some diamonds. I asked him how it works if I turned my old pieces of jewelry towards a new ring. He explained how much my old ring was worth and how it doesn't go towards gemstones. Just diamonds and told me I could put the ring i wanted on a wish list. I had no idea about a wish list . So later in the day I told my husband about it and he said is that what you want? I said yes we went back to Kays,and had Stephen help us out as well as getting my ring i also got a bracelet to match he showed me that I might need it shortened and explained how the process works that I would receive it back usually within 10days . I can't tell you enough how patient he was and knew his stuff and didn't mind spending the time answering any questions that I had. I truly appreciate your help and great customer service.”
“Dealing wth the Diamond Vault in Troy Michigan was the best experience we never had to our state in Lexington Ky. They had me shop around at jewelry stores in town to see what we liked and wanted , style and size and color of the gold. Then we email them and within a couple of days they sent us different pictures of all angles to see our ring that we wanted. “I had such a great experience working with Riva and Lace Boutique for all paper materials for my wedding. Riva helped me with invitations, church programs, dinner menus, and cocktail napkins, and everything turned out beautifully. I worked closely with Riva, and she was fantastic throughout the entire process.
She was incredibly helpful with her recommendations and so patient as we went back and forth on details. She kept everything moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. When there was a delay with our cocktail napkins, Riva went above and beyond by ordering additional napkins at no charge just in case the original shipment didn’t arrive on time. That kind of proactive service really stood out to me.
The final products were all high-quality and exactly what I had envisioned. I received so many compliments from guests on how polished and cohesive everything looked. “Tiffany & Co. at Somerset has always been phenomenal. I had bought a necklace (that I have a lot of history with) and one day later it snapped into my hand after gently readjusting it on my neck. This necklace is like my child, I don’t think I’ve ever cared for something so much. After calling on Saturday, I came in on Tuesday explaining how I had called and they already knew the situation and were prepared to support me. The whole experience was amazing and Blythe has always been so kind everytime I’ve gone in. Blythe, the woman who I spoke to on the phone, and the entire management team were so kind and amazing it nearly brought me to tears because of how much this necklace means to me. “I have a lot of jewelry from pandora and I feel the last time I came here to get my ring cleaned the employee was irritated I asked to get my ring cleaned and not buy something. Asking if I wanted a ring to stack, if I was looking for options to pair, and had to remind the employees twice I just wanted to simply stop in to get my ring cleaned. I understand they probably work on commission, but you should not continually keep pushing a customer when they already declined the offer and explained they only came in to quickly get their ring cleaned and leave.
All the other times I have been here I have been greeted by nice and professional employees, and I love pandora jewelry and they have reasonable prices for the quality.”
