“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Mak at Suit Bar. While in town for a wedding, I realized I had forgotten my tuxedo shirt studs. Panic set in as I was on a tight schedule. I called Suit Bar in a last-minute scramble, and that's when Mak turned my day around.Despite being moments away from closing, Mak understood my predicament and generously offered to provide the studs at no cost. He went a step further and arranged to leave them at the restaurant downstairs, ensuring I wouldn't lose any more time. Thanks to Mak's exceptional kindness I was able to attend the wedding on time and looking my best.This experience speaks volumes about the level of customer service and heart at Suit Bar. Mak's willingness to go above and beyond for a complete stranger truly sets this store apart. I cannot thank him enough for his generosity and highly recommend Suit Bar for not just their quality products, but for their remarkable service that genuinely makes a difference.”

After messaging Erik a few times, I let him know what I was looking for and when I was coming in. He already had many outfits picked out for me, in my size, ready to try on! I arrived at the store with my daughter (almost 3), and I let him know that she will be shopping with me. My daughter and his dog Kylie quickly become best friends, he had on some fun music for us, and when we were looking around the store, all the items we were looking at were already picked out in the dressing room. I’m looking forward to shopping here again.”

The bar is high for other boutiques to attain the same level of customer experience.
