“Lucy was extremely helpful in setting up my lease agreement, assisting with the locks, and she personally showed me how to use the gate keypad and took me to the unit I rented. This was after the call center woman completely messed up my lease info, getting my address information completely wrong so I couldn’t electronically sign without getting it fixed. The unit itself is nothing special but will be great for my seasonal items. The price is a little more than what I wanted to spend but still a good deal. They provide insurance for an extra $18 which is great. Initial process went smooth!”
“The facility is modern and clean. It also was ideally located, conveniently close to where I moved from but also a straight shot from where I landed. Only issue was their 2-tier price schedule.
In the end, I didn’t move anything in here. Maybe they’re right and all the other storage on the street raises the price every 3 months— I sure hope not!”
