“Our family cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was with the Park West team on Freedom of the Seas! Our whole family had such a great time. Honestly, most of our cruise was spent with them! lol. First off- Ambriose. Give that man a raise he is amazing! He is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we were looking for! Eddy was also great he really knows how to command a room and you can tell he's a great leader! Super smart guy. My 10 year old son really loved hearing his lecture on Picasso he actually wrote his history paper for Hispanic heritage month on Picasso based on everything Eddy taught him. Proud mommy! Natalia, Keana, and Melissa were also great. The 5 of them have amazing energy you can't teach. It was a pleasure to be a part of their auctions and just seeing them around the boat. We were really sad when it was all over! Luckily we added 11 (I think) new paintings to our collection. We love KRE8! I would love to do a VIP with him one day! Jay Bonadio is another love of ours! In addition to those artists, this cruise we added Michael Godard, Jim Warren, and our first Thomas Kinkade that we are so excited about adding to our collection. If it wasn't for the amazing love and attentiveness Ambriose and the rest of the team gave our entire family, we probably wouldn't have bought this many. lol Can't say enough great things.
