“Absolutely love this store! Such a great selection for babies and bigger kids. I have 4 nieces and 2 nephews and ALWAYS find something in here for one or more of them.During quarantine, the owner of the store went above and beyond and locally delivered baby gifts that I needed for remote showers. Customer service is above and beyond - pre and post 2020!!”

I also want to acknowledge Leslie, who has to be one of the kindest employees I have ever come across. She greets me with the warmest smile every time I walk in and is also so knowledgeable and efficient. She always recommends the best toys, rings them up, gets them wrapped and gets me out the door in no time. Her incredible customer service goes a really long way with me and I know that when I walk in and see her, that I’ll be getting the best service. I honestly love this place just as much as my kids do! :)”

She went out of her way to set aside the items I wanted to purchase so that it would be an easy process when my husband got their to purchase them. She simplified things for me and I think she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service skills.”

“Had the best experience yesterday with my kids and them getting their BAB! I wish I would’ve got the younger gentleman’s name but when I say he was the SWEETEST! My daughter loves Peppa pig and my autistic lil guy loves boss baby and together he helped me find the perfect sounds to record for their bear/Dino! And my oldest son got to help make it for his baby siblings, my younger ones got a little fussy while we were looking and he was soo understanding! It made the experience a lot more comfortable and enjoyable on some already stressed out parents! Hope he gets a raise and lastly… gotta catch ‘em all ?”

“I saw on social media the company posted about these darling mini jellyfish mood lamps! I thought it was so fun and had to get my nephew one. Unfortunately they were sold out online so I messaged them and they were sold out at the Royal Oak location, too. They let me know that the Bloomfield store had it in stock. I was able to order the gift and have them gift wrap it for me in the most adorable water themed wrapping paper. All I had to do was run in and pick it up The customer service is fantastic and it's so nice to still have a small owned local toy store in the area. They are always getting new brands and new toys in. Such a staple in the community and so thankful for it. Keep up the amazing work - your hardwork doesn't go unnoticed. I truly appreciate it!”
