“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”
“Gas is always cheaper. Shouldn't make you get behind people let the line move when someone leaves. Next in line. I have been made to move behind people and Are still waiting because the person in front can't work the pump, while people on both sides have come and gone.”
“Outstanding customer service. I talked to Pat who answered all my questions on the phone and even called me back right away when I had more questions. We purchased a generator that was also delivered to us by Leslie Electric company. We were surprised how fast it arrived at our home. Even the man who delivered it was kind and courteous and professional. “I visited sam's club's on Friday October 1st this location is nice had everything l needed clean employees nice kind in helping me find something now lve been to other Sam's club but l will continue to come back to this location it's closer only thing was a employee told me they were running out of paper towels umm not good other then that store was on point?”
“Kudos to the Sam's associate that works in the tire department. I asked for my tire to be inspected because I thought I had a slow leak. My tire was checked, and I was informed that my rim had a buildup on it that was causing the air to leak from my tire. The rim was cleaned absolutely free!”
“Incredible!! Matthew was the certified optician who helped me and he went above and beyond! I arrived on a Tuesday night at 5pm, came directly from my Optomologist office with my new prescription however it was incorrect! So Matt tried to call the doctors office but they were closed. Meanwhile, he worked with me to find frames, work up an estimate including how much my VSP Plan covered and sent me home with his FAX # to have the doctor send the Scrip to. The next day we worked with the doctors office to finalize everything and I ordered THREE PAIR of glasses....they have a deal right now! So that was Wednesday...all was smooth and easy. Saturday I received a text that my glasses - all three pair - were in!! So Fast!I am wearing one pair as I type and LOVE THEM. I can see so much better and the fit is comfortable and "cute"!!Professional. Courteous. Speedy. Quality. INCREDIBLE!!”
“I always have the best experience with the staff at the Sam club’s optical department. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always always willing to help. I brought a pair of frames in with me to have my lenses removed from another pair of glasses and put into The new frames. They gladly took them to the back room. Let me do some of my other shopping when I came back to pick them up, They were ready and in perfect perfect condition. I am so grateful to them. There’s another young lady there. I believe she was a manager, but she’s not in the picture, she was outstanding and was the tech that went out of her way to help me .

“Don't listen to other reviews that give Costco tire centers a bad rep. I came in with an appointment to get all four of my tires changed and they were done in exactly 1 hour! They were very quick, nice, and informative on what they did and what the next steps are. If you plan ahead and have an appointment, Costco tire centers is the best place to do anything with your tires!”

She was very helpful and had wonderful customer service it’s hard to find good customer service now and I make sure when I do receive it I want to give thanks ?. “I stopped by Costco today for gas after a pretty bad experience at Discount Tire. As I was leaving Costco, I drove around by the tire service center to see if someone could assess the tire that Discount had just overfilled. The bays were closed but Logan was walking out of the store and I asked him if he could help me. He asked if I had an appointment and said no, and explained the situation. He said yes and told me to drive around to the garages. He quickly and happily helped my tires. I always love everything about Costco and was really grateful for the help today. Everyone should learn from Costco and their standard for hiring employees!”
