“I recently purchased some bar stools from the restaurant equippers and one of the stools was missing the screws. I called the store and they told me to pick the screws up the next day. The next day i got to the store 5 mins after closing due to traffic. I walked up and a salesman told me the store was closed. I explained my situation and the saleman went in the store and got my screws saving me gas and another trip. Best customer service ever. Thank you restaurant equippers!”

“In my 7 years in the trucking industry as a dispatcher, I have never experienced anything like this.
My driver was loaded with freight on a broken pallet, the freight was not wrapped properly, and there were so many mistakes made by the shipper.
The guys working there did the restack, unloaded everything themselves, and repacked it. Anyone and I mean anyone would have refused the freight, and we would have had to find a restack company or return the load back to the shipper.
They handled everything themselves, helped the driver, and showed real understanding.
I give you 10 stars. You are great people, and you made my day with your selflessness. May God bless you and your cheifs and owner of this place.”
