“David is the only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars. No hot water in the bathroom, waiting room plays only Fox News, and Doug the owner doesn't wear a mask. Doug is extremely rude and frustrating to communicate with. Don't take my word for it, ask around town. Everyone knows Doug and most people don't have good things to say about him, even in the neighboring towns like Gaylord and Petoskey know Doug. He's THAT bad. I will say that the guys that do oil changes go out of their way for their customers and David especially. You'll just have to go there to see what I mean.”
