“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at the Chase Bank in Oxford that I felt like I had to take a moment and give a huge shoutout to Kelly. She went way above and beyond for me today. I was in a bit of a time crunch — had to grab cash for a car I was buying last-minute down in Inkster from a buddy — and I completely forgot to stop at the bank during normal hours.
I called right before they closed (literally like 4:58 PM) and explained my situation, and Kelly didn’t hesitate at all. She told me she would stay open just a little later so I could make it in and grab what I needed. I pulled up at 5:09 PM, and she was still there with a smile, ready to help.
That kind of kindness, patience, and flexibility is so rare these days. She easily could’ve said “sorry, we’re closed,” but instead she treated me like a person, not just another customer. I really appreciated how understanding and efficient she was — and honestly, it helped save my entire evening from going off the rails.
Kelly, thank you again for going out of your way. You made a stressful situation way less stressful, and I seriously appreciate you for it. If there’s any way for this review to reach a manager or supervisor — give this woman a raise! She deserves it.”

“I’ve had two issues recently with either my card or with money being stuck in the ATM at another location and I went to the location on Hall and Hayes for both issues and both times that location was not able to help me. So I went to my home location in Orion Twp and both times the staff was kind and helpful. The first time I came here the teller had me in and out, problem fixed, in less that 10 minutes. when I spent 40minutes at the other location the day before. Yesterday I went to this location again to help me after the ATM at Hall and Hayes ate my deposit. I wish I knew the name of the woman that helped me because she solved my problem and went to bat for me when the other location wanted to pass me off. I’m very happy with the staff here. Thank you to the woman that helped me! I got my deposit back today and didn’t have to wait a long time to get my own money back.”

“My review is for this specific local branch and not the overall bank practices, rules, or remote customer service.Did an excellent job addressing my concerns in person banker overheard my issue with counter staff and went out of her way to help. When she was unable to resolve the issue immediately the branch manager followed up within 2 business hours to remove a hold on my check for me. This is my bank I use in the US and Internationally and I was happy they continued great in person service.I was happy to see there was still a reason to use a physical location as well.”
