“Small town grocery and hardware store. The employees are locals who take pride in their work and it shows. The Grocery and Hardware could be stand alone stores. The fact you can access both saves me so much time not needing to make multiple stops.
Every time I have needed employee assistance for paint, plexiglass, ect I've enjoyed the interaction. From project and product tips, special orders, and tool/machine rental, to the fading tradition of plan old friendly local chit-chat. A minute of back and forth and a couple smiles go a long way in our hectic lives.
