“Great experience. The 2 techs were the most knowledgeable and helpful I've ever met. I got more done in an hour than I did in 10 hours of phone help. Thankyou!”

“After breaking my phone I went to the Verizon store where Charles help my with selecting a new phone and setting it up since I went from an Android to an iPhone the transfer was a bit long. Charles took the time to ensure the transfer was accurate and complete. He made the purchase easy and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I would definitely return to this store and ask for this technician. Great job Charles I am a very satisfied customer.”

“Best location ever. While others tried to make it impossible to get a new phone. Or pretend that they didn't speak or understand English. (3 other locations in the area.) The lady here made the whole experience extremely easy. She went the extra mile to make sure that I left with what I wanted and then some. Definitely be my go-to location from now on.”

“I took my mother in last week to get a new phone. She was pretty nervous about it because it takes her a while to get used to a different phone. The gentleman that works there was amazing. He was so nice to her who worked with us and showed her every step of the way. I wished I could remember his name but he was a younger guy with dark hair”
