“I had a 23 box 1100 lb shipment I brought in this morning. Veronica single handedly dealt with all of the boxes and with a big smile on her face no less. I was stressed and she brought this calming energy that absolutely made my day. I’ve been to 50+ ups stores all over the country and never had that level of kindness and customer service. Thank you Veronica, it really meant a lot. 🙏”

“Depends what day and who is working. I have met some nice people there and I have dealt with some that have a bad attitude. Your almost afraid to ask them a question if you know what I mean. But for the most I like the place”
