“I had a 23 box 1100 lb shipment I brought in this morning. Veronica single handedly dealt with all of the boxes and with a big smile on her face no less. I was stressed and she brought this calming energy that absolutely made my day. I’ve been to 50+ ups stores all over the country and never had that level of kindness and customer service. Thank you Veronica, it really meant a lot. 🙏”

“I needed several presentation materials printed quickly for a work event, and this printing center handled everything far more efficiently than expected. The staff reviewed file formatting carefully, recommended paper options based on the type of project, and completed the order ahead of schedule. Compared to larger office supply chains where customer service can feel rushed or inconsistent, this business felt much more attentive and detail-oriented. The finished materials looked professional, colors printed clearly, and everything was packaged neatly for pickup. It’s reassuring knowing there’s a reliable local place available whenever important printing projects come up unexpectedly.”

“I visited this DHL location today and received outstanding service. As it happened, it was the employee's very first day, and she mentioned I was her first customer! Even though she was still learning the ropes, she was thorough, patient, and made the entire process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find such high-quality service right from day one. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work—she is a wonderful asset to the team!”
