A very nice, respectful, knowledgeable and in my opinion very honest young man with Great integrity. He listened to our issues and immediately asked the right questions, provided/explained all the information we needed as well as calmed my fears. Solved/answered all we could have asked for. We promised we will be back when we are ready to purchase new phones and will make sure he is our guy!
