“Bill (owner) and his employees have been taking care of my car since 2018. They are all very professional and very much efficient. Each mechanic that I have spoken with has been very kind which is welcomed when your stress level is already somewhat high regarding needing your car serviced or repaired!Bill has always been honest and has communicated with me every step of the way, even it it's for just an oil change. I have had several small issues with my car throughout the years and he has kindly helped me by servicing my car or guiding me as to where to go if it is a service that they don't provide. Dave is another honest and very knowledgeable and masterly skillful mechanic there who has worked mostly on my car and I couldn't be more thankful and trust them both.Regarding expense, I just brought my car in for several costly repairs (front and back brakes, suspension, etc.) and they are more than fair in price and Bill works to try to purchase the best item for my car without compromise.Over all, I would refer any and everyone to them and they surely have earned a lifetime customer within me!”

“Crazy fast service! My car broke down Wednesday night, I had my car towed to Terry's Thursday morning, they installed an entirely new starter and new tie rods on my car in the same day!! Ridiculously fast service, can't recommend these guys highly enough! And extremely honest too, they edited the initial price I agreed to, to something even lower which they could have easily gotten an extra 60$ out of me for. “My Toyota had a minor transmission leak that Fox Toyota spent 5 days and charged me $250 and couldn't find the leak. They said they'd have to drop the transmission to find it. After a year of drips I took the car to Howard's Transmission to check the fluid level and add fluid. I told him I didn't want to spend more money finding the leak but just wanted him to top off the fluid. He called me after looking at the car and said he'd found the leak and it was in a corroded transmission line. He replaced the line and filled the transmission and the bill was LESS THAN what Toyota charged me for fixing nothing!!!! Howard did a great job for me and I will take my vehicles there in the future. Thanks Howard!”
“Made a few calls before a friend recommended Joe and Norton to me. I couldn't be any happier about it. The best price by a HUGE margin, and the service was outstanding. Even had an issue where we couldn't figure out which of two windshields my car needed, so they brought both, just in case. During the course of my day, my job has me all over the place, so we set up a location and they had it completed in under 45 minutes. The guys installing were online, courteous, and professional. They even re-ran the cable for my dashcam. Easily my highest recommendation. You should stop thinking about it and give them a call.”

Top notch service, cool to deal with. I'd go there. They are busy so it may be a wait. The first time i was here i had some trouble with a tire replacement and a loode hubcap. They reached out to me personally, replaced my wheel and hubcap for free, and i was very pleased. “Went to a local dealership for an oil change and our tire pressure sensor happened to be on stating our pressure was low in one tire. They called saying we needed a new tire as there was a nail in it and unfixable. Decided to go to Hugo's afterward to get it checked out for a second opinion, they took the tire off, inspected it for 20 minutes, found absolutely nothing wrong, filled it up, put it back on, and charged nothing! A month later still no issues! Thanks Hugo's!”

“I've never had my car repaired here but will in the future should the need arise. I had a tire losing pressure fast so I drove into their lot before opening. A gentleman was inside, and he let me in. Then he fixed my tire, and I was on my way with no charge. Just based on this kind gesture and their amazing reviews, any new repairs that I need done will be done there.”
