“Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When i returned home and restarted my car an half hour later , i saw that the engine light was on. I called the dealership immediately. I had to return and they informed me a number of 'faults' ( over 10 i believe) were showing up that were not there earlier that morning.
They did get someone to look at it right away and finally determined that my battery was having intermittent low power periods? Not really clear what that was and since everything was fine prior to this, it was a bit confusing. I was told i needed a new battery and i'd have to wait another 45 minutes to have it replaced. Unfortunately, i really didn't have any more time that day so they reset the engine light and i left. They were very attentive about getting me back in to get the battery changed but I still don't know if the low battery triggered all the faults all of a sudden or there still are some unknown issues. It's been a week, the car runs fine and the engine light has never come back on. I started going there because of convenience and have had good service prior. I'm still debating taking it back there or going back to the dealership i purchased the car from. Either way i need to feel more comfortable with this.”

“Not a pleasure to ever have to take my car in but if I need to Heidelbrich Chevrolet will definitely take care of me. Set up an appointment and dropped off my car with Me. Schocke. He was very professional and explains what was happening, what will happen and how the process will run its course. I received a loaner very quickly and was on my way.
My vehicle’s fix was not covered on my insurance claim but it was explained why and I understood the rationale for the decision. That being said, it was fixed in a timely manner and my side car lane intrusion radar is now working as expected.

“I cannot stress how great this shop is! They got me in quickly and had the car fixed at a fraction of what I thought it would cost to fix a recently bought used 2014 Chevy 6t40 transmission. I was ready to get it rebuilt based on the symptoms (would not move in any gear and would even roll in park). Howard had it fixed in just a couple of hours!!!!! Talk about an honest mechanic, they found someone else had worked on it and the axle was not properly seated in the transmission. This caused the axle splines to strip off the axle. Luckily the splines were fine in the transmission so it only required an axle replacement. I was happily surprised when they gave me the bill. I know what parts cost and the time it takes to do this job, their price was beyond fair. So glad to have such a great resource close by for when I get into something beyond my expertise. I do ALL my own work but knew I was better off letting someone who rebuilds transmissions everyday do the work. I towed the car in around 9 am and drove it home by 2pm the same day. I would send my wife, sister or mother to Howards knowing they would be treated fairly and charge less than anywhere else for quality work. Again, I have am a real car guy who does all my own work and this family owned business will treat you like family.”

“I *LOVE* this place!!! I was recommended to them by a customer of mine and WOW! In the past few months, they replaced my broken tie rod and sway bar and also replaced my front brakes, and it was such a simple process! The scheduling ended up being perfect for the day I was hoping for, and not only that, but when I picked up my car they even lubed up my super creaky door hinge! Such a blessing!?? My door always sounded like it was going to fall off lol
I will ALWAYS go here. They are super friendly and the price is phenomenal for the kind of work being done. I definitely felt a difference in my breaks; I didn't realize how bad they were until they were replaced ? and the steering was waaaay smoother and more stable with the other repairs. It's crazy how much getting your car fixed can really improve your driving experience! ?

Their price was competitive, tow bar on the Jeep is well placed and does not take away from the appearance of a newer vehicle, and the work was done fast ( less than a week from quote). Even had an issue where we couldn't figure out which of two windshields my car needed, so they brought both, just in case.
