“The day after Christmas I came home from work at 2pm. Decided to do some laundry. Went to basement and I had water in my basement! Was given the name of Johnny’s Hardware by a friend. I called them and within a half hour they were replacing my sump pump! Mark did the work and was as nice as he could be! I am so impressed with the customer service and I thought the price was reasonable!! I highly recommend Johnny’s Hardware and applaud them for their honest work ethic!!!”

“We stopped in to purchase a Brad nailer. It took a few different employees to get all of our questions answered, but they got it done. We make our decision on the Dewalt product. The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there.
