They are an asset to the company, with abilities that are highly impressive. Staff are able to help customers get a new phone and accessories all under their spending limit. They multitask by taking calls, accepting payments, and finalizing new contracts while solving problems. Service is above expectations and employees are awesome. The store is sure to succeed with employees like these. They are the bomb at helping, solving issues like a non-working phone by identifying a faulty SIM card and replacing it without hesitation. The team is also accommodating, with some employees who speak Spanish. This Metro by T-Mobile location provides truly professional service.

Came in apr 24 around 2pm because my Esim was broken. The guy at the counter was really nice and really helpful. He was able to get me another SIM card which really helped me out. Thank you to him.
