“Brandon was attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure to assist me with everything I set out to do. He was thorough in leading me to figuring out how to resolve my storage issues with utilizing the cloud, choosing a plan that should meet my needs and keep me spending less and being able to access my photos/videos/texts/notesnand apps.
He also recommended that I delete apps I don’t use so I could free up much more space beyond photos. This was extremely helpful. He assisted me in breaking down my cell phone bills, seen an app I wasn’t using and deleted it so I could save an additional $20 on my monthly bill.
This built the assurance and trust I needed to apply for the Verizon credit card. He also informed me that I was eligible for a
Discounted new phone (upgrade) and also would help me possibly qualify for a special that allowed for a new phone and also could possibly get a free device with the buy more save more program.
Basically, it prompted me to get his card and revisit a new phone purchase that I’ve been due for anyway. A lot of problems solved in a quick lunch hour visit.”
