“Love the goodwill store in Burton, Michigan. I love the thought that they are helping people in a variety of different ways. They provide jobs for people, Clothing and household items for people who may not have the ability to buy new.”
“Had a great experience here looking for media and other treasures. They have a big selection of records, Cd's, tapes and other media. For those looking for retro TV's they have a pretty good stock of CRTs in the back. Lots and lots of other stuff including tools, fixtures, furniture, and lots of miscellaneous. A good place to come dig around in and see what you can find. Prices were reasonable on media items.”
“This has been the best place for me to keep my grand kids stocked up on clothes, shoes, pj’s, and nursery essentials. (For my house and theirs) Really helps to stretch a dollar.”
“My husband and I went in today to see if we could get my fathers rank and medals. He recently passed away at the age of 92. He served n the Korean War. We were treated with sincerity which was greatly appreciated at this time.”
“it feels like you’ve gone to a friend’s house the girls they are also nice great prices one problem though I donate stuff up there because it’s for a charitable cause girl and Purchase things that I had donated I don’t know about that but they do have nice things you need to check it out you know a few times during the week but they’re always changing things and always find something different in there”
“Excellent service at the donation center in Goodrich. Russ was highly efficient and friendly! Such a pleasure to work with.
Thank you for the cleanliness of the drop off site and the ease of access.”

“I love this store. Not only is 80% of my wardrobe from here, but most of the furniture in my home was purchased here. The newest find is this set of bunk bed steps I picked up for half price last week. $30 and each of step has a drawer under it. I don't own a bunk bed. I'm using it as a modified cat tree with a cushioned loft on top.”

“This store is clean. It's organized with clothes and bric. We also have some furniture. And the best thing about the store everything a 99 cent everyday except Sunday. We also sale item that are pink or red tag that are regular price. Come and have a good time with us. Also glad to welcome you.”
“It makes sense this place has bad reviews, because the customers are insane. It’s like a warzone in there, grown adults being told not to run, rushing to the bins and digging through like they’re looking for gold.
The staff is kind, the place is clean, and there are some really greats items there… if you can get to them. It’s like black friday but 24/7. I probably won’t go again just because of the customers. The staff was so friendly though”

“Have been in the store twice in the last two weeks. Staff has been very friendly prices aren’t bad, and had the items I was looking for. Overall a good experience!”
“This place does an excellent job at quickly restocking every week, and it is well organized. I go here basically once a week to find some treasures, and I have come home with vintage RL, wool sweaters, and tons more. While others have had issues with pricing, I dont think they are offering a poor value. Some of the coats are $40 and I have seen blatently damaged clothles with $10 price tags, but the shirts, pants, and sweaters are still cheap. Staff is generally friendly and helpful as well, especially the older gentleman I always see on the register. I'll continue to shop here for years to come.”
