“Special shout out to Adam! I’ve never encountered an HD employee as helpful as him, and I’ve been shopping at HD stores all over the Midwest for 30 years. I had a bit of an unusual installation of a shower door going on and I went to HD on a whim hoping for some advice but not really expecting much. But Adam was awesome! Not only did he present me with a few ingenious ideas, but he walked me over to another department (not his) and helped me look at my options. We discussed all the pros and cons and arrived at a perfect solution for my situation. Kudos. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.”

“We were very pleased with both the service at the Cadillac store and the delivery crew. Van Dries had more small sofas and loveseats than any other store in the area. Michelle H was very patient and helpful as we looked at LOTS of small sofas as well as recliners. We reserved a recliner that day. Michelle sent us home with the information and measurements for our three favorite sofas, so we could decide which would work best in the space and view them online if we wanted. When we went back a few days later, it was Michelle's day off. However, the assistant manager found our paperwork from Michelle, wrote up the sale of the sofa we picked, finalized the recliner sale, and set up the delivery of both. She was also very nice and efficient. The delivery crew was prompt, efficient and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. Five stars for sure!”
