“We ordered a piece of furniture through them without actually seeing what it would look like in person. They walked us through all the steps of customizing it and were very helpful. We waited over a month to get our piece furniture, but when it was delivered we really were not very happy with it. This was no fault of them since they weren't the ones actually building it.But I knew that I could just not live with this piece of furniture for as much as it cost, especially.When I called to let them know they did not hesitate to make it right, and they didn't make us feel bad about anything whatsoever. They just wanted to make sure that we as customers were happy. We were so thankful! Their customer service and their care is absolute quality.”
