“I've been going to AA since I got a referral there from a fellow Veteran. Since then I've taken everything I can't do at the house to him. Lift on Jeep, front axle repair, coolant system fix ect. He's first on my list and normally last unless I just cant get in soon enough, which he makes efforts to address important stuff, for anything we need at home and at work, he's the man....I hesitate posting this simply because I don't want him to be busier than he already is and delay me getting in when I need him. BUT, give it a go. You won't be disappointed. No need for thos e over priced chain stores like Muffy and Tufflerman.

“Driving up North from Southern Michigan our truck broke down in Cadillac on a friday evening. We called Spears towing and they were onsite with us in 20 minutes. The driver Brandon was very courteous and even dropped my wife and I off at a local hotel so we could figure out next steps to continue our journey. Thank you Brandon!!! “What can I say? I could go on for hours and still not tell you how great we were treated here! We had a trailer that was involved in a hit-and-run while we were driving across Michigan. We lost the complete left side of our dolly - tire, rim and brakes. It was midnight, and I looked these gentlemen up on Google. I was able to get the trailer towed at three in the morning and dropped off in front of their station. Left a message on their answering machine and they called me the next morning to tell me that parts are on order And he’ll keep me up-to-date. It took 24 hours to get the parts in. It was ready the next day. They also went above and beyond and replaced broken lights, repaired the broken fender and even painted it. Then when we picked it up Steve helped hook up the trailer to the RV, and even checked the battery on the RV. Like I said I could go on and on and never say enough about this location. Thank you for helping us get back on the road again!!!”

“I was stuck in the entrance to Mitchell State Park, in Cadillac Michigan on a Sunday afternoon. Mel was able to diagnose the problem and have my vehicle running, a class A diesel motorhome, in less than an hour. I ordered the part we needed, and he came back to the campground to install it a few days later. Mel was quick to diagnose the problem, explained the solution clearly, and get us back on the road quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Mel.”

“I took my truck in for fuel filters and transmission flush the technician found badly rusted transmission lines Matt had me drop the truck off the next day without a appointment and they worked the truck into there busy schedule I got the truck back the same day. You can't beat that service anywhere.”
“I wanted to share an experience with the service team. I brought a used vehicle I bought from a friend after local mechanic stated I would have to bring to dealership for fix. Fox got my car right in for inspection. When i received my estimate i was blown away, a little leary as it was more then what i spent on thw car. I asked the guy of we could just start with the cheaper fix in hopes it solved the issue.... appt scheduled. They had the car most of the day and still could not resolve with that one fix, however i was told the technician wanted a little more time.Today they were able to get my car back in. And Fixed it! Thank you to the tech who took time to dig a littlw deper knowing i did not want to put more money into a car then i paid for!”

“Traveled to this area from out of town and blew a camper tire. Brought two tires in at the end of the day to get repaired while we stayed at a campsite nearby. The customer service was fantastic. They got us in quickly replaced our tires before we even had a chance to leave town. Same day! Prices were pretty comparable to online not that we would have had a choice. Scott helped us quickly. Was fair. Kind and had us on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend!”

“Unfortunately, the information from the customer is not accurate. We could not honor the payments due to fact they did not qualify for the rate quoted to them. Some circumstances are beyond our control.We did mail a check for $100 for the repair. The customer call after 3 weeks and indicated he did not receive the check. The office cancelled payment on the first check and send another. It did pass through our account with his name as endorser. Unfortunately, miss information can reflect inaccurately. If you check car gurus, we have 5 stars with dozens of reviews.”

“Great shop and crew. Needed an alignment on a new (to me) truck that I just purchased. I knew nothing was broken but noticed some strange tire wear on the front. Made the appointment and the got me in the same day. They got the truck immediately in and verified that nothing was worn out or broken, just needed the alignment. They made sure to do several test drives/fine tuning to make sure it was 100%. As soon as a drove away I immediately noticed a difference in how the tires sounded. Great service, support and price. Definitely recommend this shop.”

“My day got turned around when I visited this Walmart’s Auto Service. It was the only place I could find open on Memorial Day after realizing I had punctured my tire in the midst of a 4 hour drive home. Both Memo and the other gentleman I spoke with (I think Jon or Brent. He had a star tattoo on his hand) were incredibly kind and reassuring. They were confident and quick in their work which was very appreciated with a long drive home still. A quick patch job and I was back on the road. A big thank you to those two.”
