“I bought two trucks here both of which I have been happy with my purchase. The mechanic shop has knowledgeable technicians. And the service writers Kade and Logan are very helpful and informative. I had brought my current truck in to have some mechanical work done and while it was at the dealership the bedside and bumper got smashed up. They called me as soon as it happened to inform me what had happened ordered the parts. Guy in The Body Shop had it done and looking like it never happened in no time. “Rolled into town to an hour early to play golf and realized I had a hole in my tire and it was quickly going flat.I barely made it to the tire center. I thought I'd have to leave my truck there and have a buddy pick me up, but even with a lobby full of customers, these guys got me in and iut in a jiffy. “Today I had some terrible luck! My car died and refused to start back up right on main St in the turning lane. I was pulled up a little waiting for cars so I could turn and it died. This happened to be right in front of their shop. My hazard lights apparently failed me too. So I had people honking and flying by me. Could have been a bad accident. The crew here were kind enough to run out in the middle of the chaos and push me into their parking lot out of danger. Ernest and Jon were 2 of many that came to my rescue. I'm so so thankful for their kindness! They hooked up a scanner and gave me a lead on what it could be. Let me park it there for a while and offered to put me on the list of many things they have scheduled for repair. I just wanted to share how kind they are. I asked what I could pay for all the help and time. They didn't want anything. So thank you to all of you guys for saving me today!!!”

“Unfortunately, the information from the customer is not accurate. We could not honor the payments due to fact they did not qualify for the rate quoted to them. Some circumstances are beyond our control.We did mail a check for $100 for the repair. The customer call after 3 weeks and indicated he did not receive the check. The office cancelled payment on the first check and send another. It did pass through our account with his name as endorser. Unfortunately, miss information can reflect inaccurately. If you check car gurus, we have 5 stars with dozens of reviews.”
