“After a lengthy and challenging process, Derek went above and beyond to secure a full warranty installation of four large glass door wall units through our original door company. Derek and his team—James, Ryan, and Dustin—worked seamlessly with our builder to replace rotted flooring and address additional structural and leveling issues that needed attention before installation. James was especially thorough, ensuring precise measurements, proper leveling, and an exact fit both before and after installation. Beyond their technical expertise and attention to detail, the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to our satisfaction. They took the time to answer our questions, address our concerns, and make sure we were happy with the results. A special thank-you to Derek for advocating on our behalf with the door company and to the entire team for delivering exceptional workmanship and completing the project before the snow flies. We truly appreciate their dedication and would gladly recommend their services to others!”
