“My store’s address is 409 S Mitchell st, Cadillac Mi. I’ve been working with this company for 4 years. Working under Cassie most of the time. I never had any issues. If someone quit their job it is their own responsibility. As an employee I think Managers can’t babysit any employee. Specially when we know what we are suppose to do. When someone doesn’t finish his/her job, but gossip with one customer for 45 minutes or checking Facebook or texting someone every 5 minutes What can you expect. I don’t want to mention anyone’s name. But it happened and I’ve seen them doing it. I also want to mention one more thing we are always friendly to our customers but someone from outside is gonna come and disrespect my boss or my co workers in front of me it is not acceptable. I work in a gas station doesn’t mean any one can come inside and disrespect me or the people I work with. We appreciate your business but there is a line that no one should cross.
Customers should not cross the line., disrespect and file false complaints about the people I work with. I'm writing this against a complaint filed by a customer named Shane.”
“I'm not happy about today. Probably the 4th or 5th time in two years I've dealt with Chelsea on and off (the woman at the front desk) maybe more and I'm not confrontational but I don't like her attitude. Not sure if that's how she normally talks or she is just not a friendly person. She didn't name call or yell at me but her tone, she acts like when I ask if I can trade money for quarters so I can do laundry at my apartment complex, she acts annoyed. I don't have that negative vibe from Heather, Analyn or anyone else who works there as they super friendly. I try to avoid Chelsea but when I have no choice, I didn't do anything wrong so I would hope she wouldn't treat people like they are beneath her.”
“I don't care for the pharmacy they just seem not to willing to help but other than that once I found what I needed the sales associate was very nice to me and with help from The Krazy Coupon Lady you can get items for free there”
“This is the best place ever!!!! The staff is so friendly and GENEROUS!!!! I've been going there for 52 years. Not the same owner as back then but these guy are legit! If you're in the Cadillac area..... GO TO THIRSTY'S!!!!! I guarantee they have what you need!Super cool staff, super cool management and awesome prices for a variety of products you won't find anywhere else”

“Just spoke with Ben in the pharmacy...what a nice guy! He was super knowledgeable and very caring about an issue I was having with a brand medication change. Since I was switched to Walgreens when Rite Aid closed I've been very happy...thank you Walgreens!”
“Stopped here during a long drive and was pleasantly surprised. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and didn't have that typical gas station smell. The stalls were well-stocked, and the hand-wash station was modern. Definitely a reliable pit stop if you’re travelling through Michigan!”

“My favorite gas station. They stay low all day when others shoot up 30 - 40 cents. Then I get $ off with my points. Yes some cashiers are not so nice. But we all have bad days and deal with unpleasant people.”
“Great stop for gas in Cadillac MI....driving through while heading to the local Home Depot and this local Admiral station popped up on my UpSide App...ending up with 12 gallons of fuel @ $3.46 per gallon with a saving of ¢12 off per gallon which was deposited into my UpSide account. To date this year, I have received over $107 back in fuel purchases alone for future use, not including dining kickbacks.”
“Stopped in there last night close to closing, Katie was the ice specialist That served us. She was very nice and patient with us while we decided what we wanted. She was able to accommodate our needs as we were on our motorcycle, that way we could transport the ice cream back to our cabin.Thanks Katie for you hard work and great service.”

“NO WINDOW CLEANER OUT BY THE PUMPS. WHEN INQUIRING, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THEY RAN OUT. MIND YOU, THEY HAD MANY BOTTLES OF WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUIS, THAT'D THEY COULD HAVE FILLED AT LEAST ONE BUCKET AT EACH PUMP. WE HAD TO BUY A CAN WIINDOW CLEANER TO GET THE BUGS OFF OUR WINDSHIELD. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE.”
