“I don't think customer service is a thing anymore? I always feel like I am interrupting the employees conversation, work or texting? Most of the time in the morning the store is a mess with boxes and carts blocking much of the shelves and isles. Customer's will park their carts sideways in the isles and stand talking to each other? But..still clean and the place i shop the most with decent prices for what I purchase.”

“I'm not happy about today. Probably the 4th or 5th time in two years I've dealt with Chelsea on and off (the woman at the front desk) maybe more and I'm not confrontational but I don't like her attitude. Not sure if that's how she normally talks or she is just not a friendly person. She didn't name call or yell at me but her tone, she acts like when I ask if I can trade money for quarters so I can do laundry at my apartment complex, she acts annoyed. I don't have that negative vibe from Heather, Analyn or anyone else who works there as they super friendly. I try to avoid Chelsea but when I have no choice, I didn't do anything wrong so I would hope she wouldn't treat people like they are beneath her.”

“Prescriptions were ready quickly. Unhappy clerk wouldn't try my GoodRX coupon code. Insisted on using her own which made my prescription much higher. Friendly staff. The clinic for vaccinations is great.”
